Fixed Price Repairs
Most home PC and network problems can be diagnosed quite quickly. If it is a common problem we'll give you a fixed price quote for labour, and an estimate for parts if they are required, so you'll know where you stand before we start.Hourly rates
If a fixed price is not possible our rates are:Mon to Fri - 9:00am to 5:00pm
On site: £45 per hour plus parts
In workshop: £30.00 per hour plus parts
Workshop
Choosing to have work done in our workshop can be considerably cheaper than on site. In our workshop we charge only for working time, not elapsed time. For example, if it takes 10 minutes to start a test that takes an hour to run, you pay for 10 minutes, not an hour.Our collection and delivery service is free and we can arrange a time that is convenient for you - even if this is outside normal working hours.
Pricing policy
- We don't make a call-out charge and we don't charge for travel.
- We only charge for the time we take - we don't round up to the nearest half hour or hour.
- Whenever possible we will give you a fixed price quote before we start.
- Sometimes a fixed price is not possible. If we cannot predict how long a job might take we'll let you know. Under these circumstances it really depends upon the impact of the problem as to whether you will want to proceed.
