We cover a 15 mile radius around Amersham including The Chalfonts, Gerrards Cross, Chesham Bois, Chorleywood, Missenden and Prestwood. There are no call-out charges within this area.
Our charges are competitive - starting at only £25, our on-site service can be cheaper taking your PC to one of the large retailers for repair. Our service is fast, friendly and convenient. If it is necessary for the computer to be taken into our workshop, we will collect and deliver at no additional charge and at a time that fits in with you.
XP is out of support from April 8th 2014, so how about A new Windows 8 PC without the hassle of setting everything up?
We supply new PCs, hand-built with exactly the same top-brand components used by the major manufacturers. Every system is configured and tested prior to installation. We also offer a transfer service to move your data, applications and settings from your old computer which significantly reduces the hassle of upgrading.
If your PC is running XP it makes sense to replace it before you start running into the inevitable compatibilty and security issues that will arise the longer you wait after the end of support date this April.
Our Home Office and Family PC, with a one-year on-site hardware warranty,
is £395 and includes:
- Windows 8 Pro or Windows 7 Home Premium
- 4GB RAM
- Intel Dual-Core processor
- 1TB hard drive
- DVD re-writer
- Wireless keyboard and mouse
Monitors are extra and start at around £90 for a flat, 20" wide-screen.
Note: Most suppliers charge extra for on-site warranty cover and even more for rapid response. Their normal warranty is 'return-to-base', where you send the computer away for repair for around 10 days. If you don't have a back-up you could lose all your data during this process. When the system is returned you have the task of reconnecting it.
Our systems come with a 12 month on-site hardware warranty included in the price. You don't have to ring a call-centre, we do our best to respond the next day and during repair we will secure your data or offer a data recovery service where possible. Upon return we make sure everything is reconnected and working before we leave.
